Full Time: $600/month

Our large shared space measures 22.5 ft by 14 ft and looks out on our rooftop deck. This space has high ceilings and filled with natural light from three large windows. Storage is everywhere so don't worry about room for your files - there's more than enough space to go around. This option is particularly ideal for freelancers, or if there's more than one person in your company, we can offer group deals on desk rentals. All office amenities are included, such as printing, copying, scanning, phones and basic office supplies. Full-time tenants have 24/7 access.

Part-time: $375/month

If you only plan to come into the office a few times a week and don't need a permanent space, a part-time desk could be your best bet. Part-timers have access during normal business hours (9am-6pm) and can set up at any open desk. Our large shared space measures 22.5 ft by 14 ft and looks out on our rooftop deck. This space has high ceilings and filled with natural light from three large windows. Part-time tenants receive the same basic perks as full-time tenants such as printing, copying, scanning, phones and basic office supplies, but can't claim a desk as their own.
